In the event that there is any dispute concerning or arising out of this Agreement or performance of this Agreement, User and ParcelShield agree that the sole venue and jurisdiction shall be vested in Orlando, Florida. Arbitration and all enforcement proceedings, if any, shall take place in that jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permissible by law, you waive any objection to venue or personal jurisdiction.
