Kirk Nilson is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for ParcelShield. Kirk leads the ParcelShield Executive Team and works closely with the Board of Directors to provide overall leadership and direction for evolving and expanding the company’s Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. Kirk is responsible for ParcelShield’s Portfolio Diversification, Product Development, Technology Enablement, Innovative Data/Analytics Solutions, Operations and Customer Service. Kirk is committed to driving innovation in Products and Services at scale that deliver unparalleled value to ParcelShield’s clients and their customers.

Prior to joining ParcelShield, Kirk served as the Chief Operating Officer of Pharmacy & Supply Chain Operations for OptumRx, where he was responsible for leading Home Delivery and Specialty Pharmacy Mail-order operations, Customer Service, Inventory Procurement, Distribution, Logistics, Engineering, Automation & Technology, Business Intelligence, and Network & Strategic Planning. Prior to OptumRx, Kirk served as an Executive and Officer with Target Corporation in various leadership roles in the Stores’, Distribution and Global Supply Chain organizations.
Kirk and his wife reside in the Nashville, TN area. In his free time, Kirk enjoys music, movies, racquetball, family activities, and vacationing at sunny destinations.
Neil Garnichaud is the Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTO) for ParcelShield and has 25 years of technology, product, M&A, and operations experience.
He provides technology and product leadership for the company across all functional areas by working closely with the ParcelShield executive team and board of directors to establish and implement technology and product strategies while maintaining applications for maximum customer value.
Neil is driven by building scalable solutions that support ParcelShield's growth objectives while focusing on customer value and solving customer problems, providing exemplary service, and building a delivery-focused organization.
Prior to joining ParcelShield, Neil served as an executive at multiple organizations focused on delivering SaaS solutions and solving targeted industry problems. Neil is in Orlando, FL, and enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures around the world.
Jessica Cooley is the Chief Growth and Customer Officer for ParcelShield, responsible for the satisfaction, growth, and retention of the client base and for influencing corporate strategy and tactics across all departments, to ensure these objectives are achieved. Jessica is also tasked with providing a comprehensive view of the customer, enabling ParcelShield to create a strategy to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. This position was developed to build upon our customer-centric culture with single vision across all customer touchpoints. In this role, Jessica will lead the Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Operations teams.
Jessica joined ParceShield in 2021 and has been focused on building a customer centric client management organization. Jessica has over 20 years executive experience in healthcare and has held several roles on the provider side, revenue cycle management and supply chain in Sales, Marketing and Strategy. She is results-driven, customer-centric and has a track record of helping healthcare organizations migrate from a dated transactional approach to a forward-thinking solutions model, driving growth and profitability.
Jessica has a B.S. from Texas Tech University. Jessica resides with her Family in Frisco, TX and in her free time enjoys cheering on her children on the soccer field, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Sebastian Pistritto is the Chief Marketing Officer for ParcelShield. He is responsible for marketing communications, brand management, and strategy. Sebastian is an experienced enterprise software marketing executive with over 20 years of experience developing go-to-market strategies and brand narratives, building high performance teams, and driving demand generation. Sebastian brings marketing leadership experience and a proven track record of driving transformative growth.
Prior to joining ParcelShield, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for GrayHair Software and Regulatory DataCorp and has held marketing leadership roles at Harte-Hanks, Real Media and Jornaya. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware. Sebastian and his family live in West Chester, PA.
Susan Richey is the Vice President of Human Capital and has over 30 years of HR experience in the Technology, CPG, and Healthcare industries. She is responsible for managing the delivery of ParcelShield's Human Capital solutions across the company.
Over her career, Susan has been accountable for identifying and implementing long-range strategic goals, advising senior management on HR issues and challenges, and aligning the human capital needs of the business with its growth and operational strategy.
Prior to joining ParcelShield, Susan served as Vice President of Human Resources with Round Tower Technology where she was responsible for talent acquisition and planning, performance management, benefit & compensation, employee relations, health and safety, legal compliance, culture initiatives, and the overall employee experience.
Susan lives in Orlando, FL.
Erin Rausch is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for ParcelShield. She has worked in healthcare for the past 30 years, with roles in business development, network development, market access, and strategy.
Before joining ParcelShield, Erin was Vice President of Client Development for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager—FliptRx—and responsible for the company’s health care vertical strategy. This included specialty pharmacy network expansion, self-insured health system business development, and B2B strategic partnerships.
Erin also spent 7 years with drug wholesaler AmerisourceBergen and was responsible for advising health systems on specialty pharmacy strategic business planning, implementation, and expansion—as well as facilitating market access for their specialty pharmacy subsidiary, US Bioservices.
Erin earned a BA in English from Penn State University and now lives in Raleigh, NC. In her spare time, she enjoys being active, playing golf, swimming, and running.
