Leadership Team

Kirk Nilson is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for ParcelShield.  Kirk leads the ParcelShield Executive Team and works closely with the Board of Directors to provide overall leadership and direction for evolving and expanding the company’s Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. Kirk is responsible for ParcelShield’s Portfolio Diversification, Product Development, Technology Enablement, Innovative Data/Analytics Solutions, Operations and Customer Service.  Kirk is committed to driving innovation in Products and Services at scale that deliver unparalleled value to ParcelShield’s clients and their customers.

Prior to joining ParcelShield, Kirk served as the Chief Operating Officer of Pharmacy & Supply Chain Operations for OptumRx, where he was responsible for leading Home Delivery and Specialty Pharmacy Mail-order operations, Customer Service, Inventory Procurement, Distribution, Logistics, Engineering, Automation & Technology, Business Intelligence, and Network & Strategic Planning.  Prior to OptumRx, Kirk served as an Executive and Officer with Target Corporation in various leadership roles in the Stores’, Distribution and Global Supply Chain organizations. 

Kirk and his wife reside in the Nashville, TN area.  In his free time, Kirk enjoys music, movies, racquetball, family activities, and vacationing at sunny destinations.

Neil Garnichaud is the Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTO) for ParcelShield and has 25 years of technology, product, M&A, and operations experience.

He provides technology and product leadership for the company across all functional areas by working closely with the ParcelShield executive team and board of directors to establish and implement technology and product strategies while maintaining applications for maximum customer value.

Neil is driven by building scalable solutions that support ParcelShield's growth objectives while focusing on customer value and solving customer problems, providing exemplary service, and building a delivery-focused organization.

Prior to joining ParcelShield, Neil served as an executive at multiple organizations focused on delivering SaaS solutions and solving targeted industry problems.  Neil is in Orlando, FL, and enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures around the world.

Jessica Cooley is the Chief Growth and Customer Officer for ParcelShield, responsible for the satisfaction, growth, and retention of the client base and for influencing corporate strategy and tactics across all departments, to ensure these objectives are achieved. Jessica is also tasked with providing a comprehensive view of the customer, enabling ParcelShield to create a strategy to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. This position was developed to build upon our customer-centric culture with single vision across all customer touchpoints. In this role, Jessica will lead the Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Operations teams.

Jessica joined ParceShield in 2021 and has been focused on building a customer centric client management organization. Jessica has over 20 years executive experience in healthcare and has held several roles on the provider side, revenue cycle management and supply chain in Sales, Marketing and Strategy. She is results-driven, customer-centric and has a track record of helping healthcare organizations migrate from a dated transactional approach to a forward-thinking solutions model, driving growth and profitability.

Jessica has a B.S. from Texas Tech University. Jessica resides with her Family in Frisco, TX and in her free time enjoys cheering on her children on the soccer field, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Pamela Gage is the Vice President of People at ParcelShield and is responsible for the strategic vision of ParcelShield’s people and culture.  She is a strong operational and servant leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and acting as a steward of company values.

Pamela has over 15 years of leadership experience in global high-growth startups, mid-market companies, and large enterprise companies, including Breakwater Solutions, WP Engine, IBM, and StoredIQ.

Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives with her husband and daughter on their organic farm in central Texas. Pamela is a passionate learner and foodie. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, adventures on their farm, traveling, outdoor activities, and music.

Mike Melka is the Chief Financial Officer at ParcelShield. Mike is a seasoned financial executive with an extensive background in building and scaling high-growth technology companies. 

Prior to ParcelShield, Mike served as the CFO of Pondurance, a leading provider of cybersecurity technology and services to midsize and enterprise commercial clients.  He joined Pondurance after holding the role of CFO at Avenu Insights & Analytics, a private equity-backed provider of software and tech-enabled services to state and local governments in the US, where he led the acquisition and integration of multiple carved-out businesses.  

Mike currently resides in Ashburn, VA with his wife and 2 children and enjoys coaching lacrosse, hiking and playing golf.
